Three players from the U16 AAA Blues have been chosen
Three players from the U16 AAA Blues have been chosen to attend the National Team Development Program which plays in the United States Hockey League as well as represents the United States in several international tournament. Forwards Matthew Tkachuk and Luke Kunin along with goaltender Luke Opilka will continue their development the next two years in Ann Arbor. Congratulations boys!
U16 AAA Blues player Jake Henderson has signed
U16 AAA Blues player Jake Henderson has signed a tender with the Omaha Lancers in the United States Hockey League. Jake will be headed off to Omaha next fall to continue his development with the Lancer organization. Congratulations Jake!
Matthew Tkachuk Commits to Notre Dame
Matthew Tkachuk, a forward with the U16 Midget Minor team for the St. Louis AAA Blues has verbally committed to the University of Notre Dame. Matthew is considered one of the top 1997-born forwards in the United States. This year, Matthew leads his U16 team in scoring and is fourth overall in the Tier I Elite Hockey League. Matthew plans to suit up for the Fighting Irish in the 2016-2017. Congratulations to Matthew from everyone at the AAA Blues Hockey Club.
Jessica Dunne to be a Buckeye
Jessica Dunne, U19 St Louis AAA Lady Blues team captain, has committed to play D1 ice hockey at The Ohio State University in the Fall 2014. Jessica Dunne is a five year veteran of the Lady Blues and will be joining her current Lady Blues teammate, Katie Matheny, who will be playing for the Buckeyes next season. Congrats to Jess!
Jincy Dunne named for the final roster of the USA Hockey Women's U18 National Team
Jincy Dunne of the U19 St Louis AAA Lady Blues has been named the final roster of the USA Hockey Women's U18 National Team … congrats to Jincy (the team's youngest player as a 1997BY). In addition, a former St. Louis AAA Lady Blue, Maddie Rolfes , also made the team. Read More
