National Bound/Midget Director Role and Responsibilities

• Mentor, support and partner with coaching staffs for 14U, 15U, 16U and 18U boys teams

• Represent the club at various events and venues where needed

• Provide ongoing messaging and administrative support for all 4 teams under their leadership

• Liaison from the board to the teams and from the teams to the board.
